What is the difference between an activation and affirmation? An activation is action oriented, you are consciously commanding and activation specific energies, qualities or powers. An affirmation is a statement that affirms a new belief you are trying to forge for example to forge self love you might say "I choose to love myself" as an affirmation. You shift the belief with an affirmation. An activation launches your consciousness into action. "I now activate self-love and self-compassion" you will experience changes in your actions. For example after activating self love you stop responding to texts from people who don't value you or you find yourself suddenly speaking your truth fearlessly to people you never stood up to before.
